Q: My package is lost or I believe it was stolen, what do I do?

A: We would recommend checking your tracking number located in your shipping confirmation e-mail to ensure that the package has been marked as delivered, and we  would also recommend double checking the shipping address on the e-mail to make sure it is correct. 

Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: You can purchase on our website using a credit card. We additionally offer support for PayPal, and Apple Pay. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Q: Can I change my order?

A: Orders cannot be changed and/or cancelled if they are being prepared to ship.

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

A: Your package is being shipped from Illinois. You can track your package by using the tracking number. 

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
