Shipping Policy
At COMO Boutique, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we do everything we can to try and make it better! Please review your order as soon as you get it in your hands.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
Orders over $100 that ship free will do so under the most economical shipping method, which can include but is not limited to services available through UPS, DHL, USPS, or FedEx.
